Key Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly Handle inquiries and direct guests to the right departments Distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and monitor lobby activity for safety Provide general clerical support (filing, copying, data entry) Assist with scheduling transportation and resident appointments Support departments with administrative tasks as needed What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy environment Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office preferred)

Schedule & Pay Pay:
