Answering phones and taking messages in a professional manner.

Job Duties:

Must be able to Multi-task. Provides assistance, guidance, and direction to visitors and vendors. Ascertains the nature of visitors' business, responding accordingly. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards. Maintains log of items received; delivers or arranges for the delivery of items to residents and appropriate personnel. Maintains directory and files on active and discharged residents, their location, resident status, and other pertinent information according to established procedure. Directs inquiries regarding resident condition to appropriate personnel. Assists in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
