ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2003 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent 15 years as a District Supervisor for a fast food chain. I was looking for a career change that would allow me to own a business and make a greater impact•not only on customers, but on the lives and growth of my team. I stay active in the community by sponsoring local 5K runs, supporting school events, and participating in community functions with booths and outreach. Being visible and involved locally is an important part of how we connect with the people we serve. Our agency offers PTO, holiday pay, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team so they can perform at a high level while still maintaining balance. ROLE DESCRIPTION
Franklin Myles•State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist•State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
