Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This vital role is designed for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to support daily office operations. As an Office Assistant, you will be the friendly face to our CPA and Financial Advisor's clients, managing front desk duties, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency behind the scenes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed Support calendar management and scheduling for staff appointments and meetings Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office, and other relevant platforms to prepare reports and correspondence Provide administrative support to various departments, including personal assistant responsibilities when required Uphold professional phone etiquette and deliver excellent customer support Experience Prior office experience or administrative background preferred; training provided for the right candidate Proficiency in Microsoft 360 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and filing tasks Experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus, however, not required Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
