Ryan opened an eight-lane bowling alley in Needham, MA. Today we operate locations across New England offering bowling, arcades, laser tag, axe throwing, air parks, and full-service dining. We take pride in our team and in creating a warm, welcoming environment - for our guests and for the people who work with us. Position Summary Ryan Family Amusements is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our corporate office in Bourne, MA. This is a highly visible role that serves as a first point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members, and plays an important part in the day-to-day operations of our growing company. Daily coverage is essential - we need someone who takes pride in showing up and keeping things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing correspondence Scan invoices and send to accounting as needed Follow up phone calls and emails with vendors Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and helpful information Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems Perform general office duties including photocopying, scanning, and data entry Assist management and other departments with administrative support and ad hoc projects as needed Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional office environment Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, office, or related experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment Reliable and punctual - daily coverage is a critical requirement of this role Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Schedule This position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week with at least 4 hours of coverage each day. Scheduling will be coordinated with the CFO. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.Pay:
