Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Billing Clerk to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. The ideal candidate will also ensure billing accuracy, maintain organized financial records, and communicate effectively with customers regarding billing matters. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure smooth office operations and a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and manage firm calendar Assist with incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with client intake forms and document collection Support administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry Coordinate with other staff to ensure timely client service Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information Prepare and issue invoices to customers or clients Verify billing data and correct discrepancies Maintain accurate financial and customer records Reconcile billing accounts and resolve payment issues Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) QuickBooks experience preferred (but not required) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Basic understanding of accounting or tax terminology is a plus Join our team as a Receptionist/Billing Clerk where your organizational talents and positive attitude will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the efficient operation of our office. Pay:
