Duties Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Verifying information and managing patient flow Assisting providers with patient care and testing Maintaining accurate documentation and records Supporting a smooth, welcoming clinic environment Collect patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and insurance details with accuracy and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and patient inquiries to optimize clinic flow and enhance patient service experience Previous experience in a healthcare setting such as hospital, medicine, urgent care, or outpatient facilities is highly preferred but willing to train the right person Proven ability to provide excellent patient service while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced outpatient or inpatient settings Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you excel in this role across diverse medical disciplines This paid position invites motivated individuals eager to grow their healthcare career while making a positive impact on patients' lives. Pay:
