Job Description

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with office policies and HIPAA regulations Check clients in and out for appointments Collect and process payments, insurance information, and required documentation Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies Assist counselors and administrative staff with clerical duties Manage office calendars and coordinate meeting schedules Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and professional Handle sensitive situations with discretion and compassion
