This role is also crucial to ensuring the stress on the staff remains low and productivity remains high. Role Responsibilities include :

• Greet all customers who walk through the door and make them feel welcome
• Work the phone/check voicemail/make callbacks asap
• Utilizing computer software to: o Book appointments (and process as requests when applicable) o Check customers in (change status to Servicing when applicable) o Check customers out via cash or credit card transactions o Correctly process multi-tickets and apply multi-ticket tips accurately o Process discounts properly o Gift card processing
• Assisting staff with shared salon duties such as: o Keeping towel warmers full o Helping process towels in laundry o Keeping all areas of our workplace clean (waiting area, front desk area, water/coffee area, dispensary)
• Cash handling, drawer closing & balancing Characteristics of a successful candidate include :
