Recipe Test Cook Hope Valley, RI 02832 $20

  • Part-time Cookbook author is looking for assistance testing recipes for a special project, innovating with new ingredients otherwise thought of as "waste", exploring the impact of industrialization on how we eat at work, and recipe testing specialty preserves.
Ideal candidate has professional experience in a kitchen environment, knife skills and familiarity with maintaining a clean kitchen. Must be professional and willing to approach each recipe with the zeal of an academic. Recipes are rooted in local and global fare, so varied palate is a must. Familiarity with bread making a plus.
Flexible Schedule:
Two days a week will be dedicated to testing recipes at the test kitchen, remaining time can be covered sourcing local ingredients and research. The test kitchen is in the author's home in Hope Valley, RI. All ingredients and tools will be included.
Pay:
$20.00
