Reconstruction Project Manager

Our reconstruction division continues to grow rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to help lead projects from emergency response through final completion. This is a high-impact leadership position inside a company focused on growth, systems, technology, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and timelines Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters Review scopes, supplements, and change orders Maintain profitability and production timelines Conduct job site visits and quality control inspections Collaborate with mitigation, reconstruction, and office teams Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service Solve problems proactively in the field and in the office Keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward

What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years project management experience Restoration or reconstruction background preferred Experience with insurance claims and supplements Xactimate experience strongly preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Valid driver's license
