Recovery Peer Supervisor (RPS) Peace Healthcare Incorporated - 5.0 Dundalk, MD Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $27 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications CPR Certification HIPAA Outpatient Team development First Aid Certification Working with individuals with substance use disorders Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recovery Peer Supervisor (RPS) to provide supervision, guidance, and leadership to Peer Recovery Specialists and peer support staff. The RPS will ensure peer services are delivered in compliance with agency standards, Maryland regulations, and recovery-oriented best practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide supervision and support to Peer Recovery Specialists and peer support staff Monitor documentation, productivity, and compliance with agency and state requirements Support peers in utilizing trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches Ensure accurate and timely completion of progress notes and service documentation Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to peer staff Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation support when necessary Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and mandated reporting requirements Promote a positive and recovery-focused work environment Minimum Qualifications Active Maryland Recovery Peer Supervisor (RPS) certification required Experience supervising Peer Recovery Specialists or behavioral health staff preferred Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, recovery support services, and behavioral health systems Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Preferred Qualifications Experience working in outpatient behavioral health or substance use programs CPR/First Aid certification Experience with electronic health records and documentation systems (ICANOTES)
