Description:
As the Recreation Specialist for New Boston Space Force Station, you will be the driving force behind the programs that support the well-being and morale of the Guardians, civilian employees, and families who are vital to our nation's space mission. Act as the primary point of contact for our community members. You will engage directly with customers to assess their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our programs are delivering an exceptional experience for everyone. -
Drive Strategy and Innovation:
Look beyond the day-to-day to identify new opportunities, develop innovative programs, and continuously improve our services to meet the evolving needs of the New Boston community.
Ideal Candidate:

You have a proven background in recreation or hospitality management, with demonstrated experience in taking programs from concept to execution. Your success comes from a unique blend of skills: you are just as comfortable developing a strategic plan and managing a complex budget as you are designing and marketing engaging events for a diverse population. You are an exceptional communicator and collaborator, skilled at building relationships, understanding customer needs, and fostering a team environment dedicated to service and excellence. Experience with financial management, particularly in an environment with multiple funding streams (like appropriated and non-appropriated funds), will be highly beneficial.
