Job Description Also summary: This role is a high-volume recruiter position supporting a clients legal document review business, where the individual will quickly staff large-scale projects by placing attorneys from an existing talent pool. The recruiter will handle significant outbound candidate communication (calls, emails, texts), confirm availability, and coordinate placements on short timelines, often for projects that can ramp qucikly. It's a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires strong attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to manage fluctuating workloads while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. Staff high-volume legal document review projects Reach out to candidates from an existing internal database/bench of attorneys Conduct candidate outreach via calls, email, and text (ATS-driven) Confirm availability, fit, and project alignment for quick start timelines Manage high number of candidate interactions per week Coordinate placement logistics and tracking within Bullhorn Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation in ATS Support candidate experience (guidance, issue routing, communication) Work closely with team members on shared staffing efforts and handoffs Operate in a highly dynamic environment where priorities shift daily We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements High-volume recruiting experience (fast-paced, high output environment) At least 1-2+ years of recruiting experience Strong candidate communication & relationship management skills Ability to handle rapid turnaround / short-notice staffing High attention to detail (especially with data entry and tracking in ATS) Experience with KPIs/metrics Strong team-oriented mindset Tenacity/work ethic - able to handle intense workloads and urgency Legal recruiting or legal industry background Experience with Bullhorn ATS (highly preferred) Experience supporting contract/temporary workforce staffing Familiarity with conflict checks / compliance processes Experience in highly volatile staffing environments (e.g., ramping large teams quickly)
