Job Description

Position Overview Home-Aid Caregivers, Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for caregivers and healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and managing orientation for qualified candidates to support our growing home care operations. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare recruiting experience , exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates while maintaining compliance with healthcare hiring standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring we hire compassionate, qualified caregivers who align with our company's mission to provide exceptional care to our clients.
