Recruiter

We are looking for a driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts for retail and field-based roles in Orlando, Florida. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple openings at once, and enjoys building strong candidate pipelines through both traditional sourcing and in-person recruiting events. The person in this role will help attract store-level employees as well as management talent while maintaining an organized and responsive recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a large number of open positions, managing activity across approximately 80 to 90 requisitions at a time.
• Source, screen, and advance candidates for store operations and leadership openings with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Attend job fairs and community hiring events to promote opportunities, engage prospective applicants, and build local talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct outreach strategies that attract talent with experience in retail through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
• Support hiring activities for field-based recruitment needs, ensuring consistent communication with candidates and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to recruiting process updates and related operational changes as needed to support team effectiveness and hiring continuity.
