Position Summary Windstar Lines is seeking a driven and people-focused Recruiter to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Carroll, Iowa. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across all areas of the business, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring DOT-certified drivers and skilled maintenance professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for drivers, mechanics, operations, and administrative roles
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies focused on DOT-certified drivers and maintenance staff
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Leverage social media platforms to promote openings and employer branding
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Represent Windstar Lines at recruiting events
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring needs
• Track recruiting metrics Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience in recruiting, sales or marketing
• Transportation recruiting preferred, but not required
• Experience with recruiting, marketing or sales with social media
• Strong communication and organizational skills Work Environment
