$40 - $50/hour About the Role As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping workforce strategy by leading strategic sourcing, recruitment branding, and talent attraction initiatives. You'll help build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for challenging and specialized positions while strengthening employer brand awareness across the aviation and defense industries. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who combines creativity, relationship-building, and data-driven strategy to attract exceptional talent. What You'll Do Lead strategic sourcing and recruiting initiatives for specialized and hard-to-fill roles Develop and execute employment branding, marketing, and outreach campaigns Build diverse candidate pipelines and deliver qualified talent pools to recruiting teams Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Workforce Strategy, Diversity & Inclusion, and Community Relations teams Drive social media and recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen employer visibility Track sourcing and branding campaign performance to measure ROI and guide investment decisions Research and apply industry best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies Support community partnerships, vendor relationships, and outreach efforts Utilize Microsoft Office tools and recruiting technologies to manage projects and reporting Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives Required Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, or employment branding Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate engagement strategies Experience sourcing for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and evaluate recruiting effectiveness Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting aviation, aerospace, defense, engineering, or technical recruiting Knowledge of diversity sourcing and inclusive hiring practices Experience with employer branding campaigns and social media recruiting Familiarity with workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives Military-connected talent encouraged to apply Why Join PDS Tech Commercial?
