Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Technical Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts during a period of significant growth. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of specialized roles in our capsule and powder manufacturing facility—from Production Operators to R&D Managers and Quality Specialists. The ideal candidate understands that "Quality" isn't just a department; it's a regulatory requirement. You must be able to speak the language of our industry to ensure every hire is a fit for our high-compliance environment.
Key Responsibilities Technical Vetting:
Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates possess true functional knowledge ofFDA 21 CFR
Part 111 , cGMP , and SQF .Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the "Candidate Journey" from sourcing and headhunting to offer negotiation and onboarding.Strategic Sourcing:
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, industry boards, and local NOVA networks to find specialized talent (Flavorists, Encapsulation Techs, and Supply Chain Specialists) and additional resourcesHiring Manager Partnership:
Work closely with the internal team members to refine job descriptions and align on "Must-Have" technical competencies depending on position required.Compliance Tracking:
Ensure all recruitment activities are documented and compliant with EEO standards and internal quality protocols. Gather and manage employee's feedback, yearly anniversaries Represent Pronto company in various events for partnerships, such as collaborations with universities, colleges, and various open daysRequirements & Qualifications Industry Fluency:
Proven experience recruiting within the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or Food Manufacturing sectors.Regulatory Literacy:
You must be able to explain and vet candidates on their understanding of: cGMP:
Current Good Manufacturing Practices.FDA 21 CFR
Part 11: Electronic Records & Signatures.SQF:
Safe Quality Food certification standards.Experience:
3-5 years of recruiting experience (Agency or Corporate). Experience in theNOVA/D.C.
Metro labor market is a significant plus.Communication:
Exceptional ability to "sell" our company culture while rigorously auditing a candidate's technical claims.Work Location:
