Job Description

Location :
Fort Worth TX The Recruiter - Operations Talent Acquisition role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for airport and operational positions within the airline industry. The recruiter partners with hiring managers, sources niche talent, conducts hiring events, tracks recruiting metrics, and ensures staffing readiness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for operational and airport-based roles Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce gaps Conduct intake meetings and create effective recruitment strategies Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking channels Organize and attend hiring events at domestic airport locations Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews Provide hiring managers with timely updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress Track recruiting metrics, KPIs, and SLA performance Maintain accurate applicant records in ATS systems Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with vendors, RPO partners, Legal, Labor teams, and cross-functional stakeholders Support hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies Assist with high-volume hiring initiatives and workforce planning activities Travel to recruiting events, including occasional weekend events
Skills:
Full-cycle recruiting experience High-volume hiring experience LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing expertise Experience with ATS systems such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, or iCIMS Recruiting metrics, SLA, and KPI tracking
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
