Recruiting Coordinator Duration:
6-month contract with a higher possibility of extension

Seattle, WA (On-site)
Pay Rate:
$19 to $21 per hour This position supports the Intern Program by providing exceptional customer service to interns, hiring managers, and stakeholders. The role involves managing program activities, building strong relationships across teams, and serving as a front-line support contact. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their recruiting operations experience within a collaborative talent acquisition organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support to interns, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Manage intern program activities and build strong relationships across teams and partners. Serve as a front-line support contact through email and case management systems. Drive operational excellence by improving processes, communicating effectively, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with internal teams and candidates in a highly collaborative talent acquisition organization.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Skills:
1+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent. Experience in coordination, ideally managing large volume requests or self-serve roles. Strong Excel skills, including V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and Delimited Formulas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in HR or any related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment. Experience in high-volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management.
