Recruitment & Retention Coordinator Comfort Keepers | Organized. Proactive. People-Focused. Summerville & Mt. Pleasant, SC πŸ•’ Full-Time | Office-Based with Occasional Community Travel As the Recruitment & Retention Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of caregiver recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts. You ll work closely with leadership, scheduling, HR, and operations to ensure staffing needs are met while maintaining a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys organizing processes and tracking progress Communicates professionally and confidently Thrives in fast-paced environments Pays close attention to details Takes initiative and follows through consistently Enjoys balancing people interaction with administrative responsibilities Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination Manage caregiver recruitment efforts across Indeed, social media, referrals, and community outreach Screen applicants and coordinate interviews and onboarding steps Maintain applicant tracking systems and hiring pipelines Schedule and coordinate hiring events and recruiting activities Partner with internal teams to align hiring priorities with staffing needs Employee Retention Support Coordinate onboarding follow-ups and caregiver engagement activities Track turnover trends and retention metrics Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews Support employee recognition and retention initiatives Maintain consistent communication with caregivers and office staff Administrative & Reporting Duties Ensure hiring documentation and onboarding files remain accurate and compliant Maintain organized employee records and databases Prepare weekly recruitment and retention reports Assist leadership with projects, scheduling, and operational support as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 1-2 years of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience using ATS platforms and job boards such as Indeed Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines Healthcare or home care experience is a plus Why Join Comfort Keepers?
