Refrigerant Production Associate Pay Rate:

$14/hr for 1st and 2nd shift The Refrigerant Production Associate supports the production of Styrofoam coolers and ice packs through hands‑on packaging, labeling, stacking, and basic quality checks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Pick & pack products according to production orders Label items accurately for tracking and shipment Stack finished goods to maintain an organized work area Perform quality checks on products and packaging Complete documentation for each order Follow production procedures and work with the team to meet daily goals Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace Skills & Qualifications Experience in production or packaging preferred Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable with general labor in a fast‑paced environment No certifications or steel‑toe footwear required Work Environment Manufacturing facility producing Styrofoam coolers and ice packs Casual dress code: jeans, t‑shirts, sneakers (no shorts, tank tops, flip‑flops) Safety‑focused, team‑oriented environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elysburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
