Refrigeration/Aquatic Technician

Responsibilities:

• Faith based family owned business founded in 1989
• Install, maintain, and repair lobster, shellfish, and fish tanks for major Supermarkets wholesalers, and restaurants.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot condensing unit issues and make necessary repairs
• repair/replace small condensing units as needed. 1/4hp, 1/3hp, 1/2hp
• aquatic training provided
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on site
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• EPA type 1 certification required
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration principals & experience in replacing small condensing units required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients & staff

Skills:

• Plumbing knowledge a plus but we will train.
• Experience with several freon gases
• Knowledge of Aquarium principals a plus but we will train.
• Knowledge of basic refrigeration principles and practices required

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$55,000.00

• $75,000.
