Refrigeration/Diesel Technician

Job Description Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to: Performing preventative maintenance procedures and repairs to air conditioning and refrigeration equipment for trucks, trailers and containers. Will train A/C and refrigeration. Use of computers to record repair orders on all work performed daily Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner Follow established procedures to track work and complete forms connected with work assignments

Requirements:

Maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable under the employer's insurance policy Have good verbal and written communications skills Willingness to perform additional duties/assignments as may be required by management Helpful attributes:

Full-time Experience operating an over the road service truck Familiarity with basic mechanics and electrical. Will train A/C and refrigeration Excellent customer service skills Ability to use a laptop computer to diagnose and/or reference repair manuals Ability to work with 12V DC electricity making connections of various components. Attentive to detail orientated projects and take instruction insuring precise tasks are accomplished repeatedly Willing to work overtime.
