What You'll Do:

Direct Care Impact:

Spend time directly engaging with clients, assessing their needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional care. You'll help make sure everything from meals to activities to their environment meets the highest standards.

Lead & Inspire:

Oversee the operations of a region, coaching and mentoring your team to create a supportive, high-functioning work environment.

Staffing and Team Building:

Keep your team strong and well-trained, guiding them to success and ensuring that all shifts are covered without overtime.

Quality Care:

Work closely with clients, families, and your team to monitor care plans, prevent unnecessary hospitalizations, and improve service delivery.

Innovation & Improvement:

What We're Looking For:

A natural leader with a passion for senior care and community service. Someone who excels at managing teams, training, and building relationships. Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. A flexible, adaptable attitude, and a can-do spirit. Previous leadership experience in healthcare, human services, or a related field is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary ($43,000 - $47,000 per year)
