What You'll Do As our Regional HR leader, you'll be the go‑to partner for all things people-related across three skilled nursing communities. Your work will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional care by building strong, engaged, and supported teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Drive full‑cycle recruiting for clinical and non‑clinical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and pipeline development. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a trusted resource for staff and leadership. Support conflict resolution, coaching, corrective action, and culture‑building initiatives. Retention & Workforce Development Implement retention strategies, recognition programs, and employee experience initiatives tailored to each community. HR Compliance & Policy Support Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, facility policies, and healthcare‑specific HR standards. Training & Onboarding Lead orientation, support department leaders with ongoing training needs, and help maintain a consistent, positive onboarding experience across all campuses. Regional Travel Regular on‑site presence across Crossett, Stonegate, and Monticello to support teams, attend meetings, and strengthen relationships. What We're Looking For We're seeking an HR professional who brings: Experience in Human Resources , preferably in healthcare, long‑term care, or a multi‑site environment Strong knowledge of recruitment, interviewing, employee relations, retention, and HR best practices Familiarity with Arkansas healthcare workforce trends (CNA pipelines, nursing programs, local labor market) Excellent communication, professionalism, and follow‑through Ability to build trust, solve problems, and support leaders at all levels A positive, energetic, people‑first mindset Willingness to travel regularly between facilities (all within regional driving distance) Why Join Nightingale?
