Job Requirements Fort Knox, KY Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Job Description Provide support services to meet the demands placed on in-house resources resulting from population increase of eligible recipients of military ID cards (military/civilian/contractor employees, DoD and non-DoD federal agency and other eligible populations). This requirement ensures CAC/PKI related programs are successfully implemented and sustained within the Army. Provide management, research, and advisory services as the principal interface for the
USARC G-1/APO.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision of the ID card operators in support of this contract. The RM will also perform duties as a member of the Common Access Card Mobile Assistance Team (CACMAT) Team depicted below: Oversee and support the CACMAT assessment process for ID card sites. Conduct in-briefs during site visits with ID card site supervisors and key garrison staff to explain assessment objectives. Conduct out-briefs at the conclusion of each site assessment, including a summary of inspection findings. Provide required training during site visits to address deficiencies identified during the assessment. Deliver on-the-spot training to all or selected site personnel to ensure understanding of applicable military ID card and CAC guidance. Verify that Site Security Managers and Verifying Officials issue ID cards in compliance with DoDI 1000.13, AR 600-8-14, the RAPIDS User Guide, and RAPIDS Security Standing Operating Procedures. Prepare completed assessment reports and accompanying assessment checklists. Submit electronic copies of completed assessment reports and checklists to the USARC G-1/APO and
COR/ACOR
within three business days after assessment completion. Ensure trip reports are generated for all Government-reimbursed travel events. Document key trip details, including attendees, tasks, milestones, coordination information, observations, conclusions, recommended actions, and supporting materials. Submit electronic trip reports to
USARC G-1/APO
within five business days after each travel event. Post trip reports to the WAWF Portal and include copies with the next monthly status report. Develop, update, and maintain SOPs and continuity books for each applicable management and functional area under the contract. Ensure SOPs and continuity books comply with applicable regulations and provide detailed procedures for quality control, hours of operation, work assignments, approval authorities, workflows, research requirements, processing checklists, source documents, and Government/Contractor functional relationships. Develop external SOPs for functions requiring direct interaction with authorized customers and obtain

approval. Submit developed or revised SOPs and continuity books to the COR/ACOR and

within six months after contract award. Update SOPs and continuity books annually and submit all products to USARC G-1/APO and
COR/ACOR
for final approval. Notify the COR/ACOR and
USARC G-1/APO
of SOP or continuity book updates within five business days after completion. Post electronic copies of SOP and continuity book completion notifications to the WAWF Portal. Provide recommendations through
USARC G-6
to support updates to the
USARC CAC
website through the appropriate USARC webmaster. In the absence of the PM, the RM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of this contract depicted below: Provide management support to
USARC G-1/APO
operations in accordance with contract requirements and applicable ID card issuance guidance, including FIPS 201-3, DoDI 1000.13, and
AR 600-8-14.
Support the successful implementation, operation, and sustainment of the Army's ID card programs. Ensure ID card program activities are performed in compliance with applicable directives, instructions, regulations, and guidelines. Monitor high-visibility and problematic ID card issues affecting
USARC G-1/APO
operations. Prepare and submit daily email updates to the USARC G-1/APO and
COR/ACOR
no later than 3:00 PM local time. Identify current ID card issue(s), affected location(s), and operational impact(s). Develop and communicate a plan of action to resolve identified ID card issues. Track and report the status of corrective actions through issue resolution. Required Skills Associate's degree OR two (2) years of college AN two (2) years of relevant Site Security Manager experience supporting projects of similar size and scope to those tasks in the PWS. Familiarity with RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC, or applicable systems, policies and procedures and shall ensure quality performance of work, contract compliance and quality customer service. Contractor personnel supporting CACMAT efforts shall be familiar with RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC, or applicable systems, policies to include, but not limited to, DoDI 1000.13, ID Cards for Members of the Uniformed Services, their Dependents, and other eligible individuals; and AR 600-8-14, Identification Cards and Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting system (DEERS) Policy.
