Job Description

Job Summary The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multi-service retail location that includes a fuel station, car wash facility, and convenience store. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, staff leadership, and financial performance while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily operations of fuel pumps, car wash systems, and convenience store Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance/repairs Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas of the site Monitor inventory levels (fuel, retail products, car wash supplies) and order as needed Staff Management Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and disciplinary action when necessary Foster a positive, customer-focused team environment Customer Service Ensure a high standard of customer service across all departments Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Implement promotions and sales strategies for store and car wash services Financial Performance Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs Control shrinkage, theft, and waste Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations (fuel handling, health, safety) Maintain safety protocols for fuel operations and car wash equipment Conduct regular safety audits and training Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials Marketing & Growth Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions Develop strategies to increase traffic and sales across all services Maintain strong community and vendor relationships Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) 3-5+ years of retail or service management experience (fuel/convenience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with inventory control, cash management, and reporting Mechanical awareness (helpful for car wash and fuel systems) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
