Will oversee nursing department at
Waltham and Weymouth Outpatient Treatment Programs and Middlesex and Barnstable House of Corrections Operations Schedule:
Monday-Friday. Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week Pay rate: LPN $81,120.00

Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The Regional Nursing Supervisor is responsible for: Providing ongoing support and oversight of the nursing department along with the Program Directors in the assigned region and the Director of Nursing. Ensuring services are being delivered in accordance with Spectrum's policies and procedures as well as in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies. The control, counting and appropriate documentation of onsite medication including medication destruction and maintaining accuracy of dispensing and inventory records in accordance with state and federal regulations. Assisting with policy development, implementation, and upholding adherence to quality improvements within the nursing department and with recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and training of licensed and unlicensed medical staff that meets the staffing needs of the program.
Qualifications:
Experience in Correctional Nursing preferred but not required. LPN or RN Nursing license Driver's license required
