Job Description
Regional Manager Description The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of sites within the Indiana region. You will oversee site managers and maintenance staff ensuring the successful operations of the portfolio. You will play a critical role spearheading growth and development within your team. Ensure all properties operate in accordance with Rural Development, Section 42 Tax Credit and other agency regulations. Position Responsibilities Conduct quarterly property inspections, or more frequently as may be requested by senior leadership Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices Assist in managing capital expenditures, service contracts, and vendor agreements Recruit and train site managers and maintenance Ensure property recertifications are completed timely Fill in at the property during absence of site managers Create and monitor annual operating and capital budgets Review and approve expenditures up to $1000 Ensure Program Manuals are up to date at each site Enforce Fair Housing regulations Maintain maximum occupancy not below 97% and minimum delinquents within assigned region Ensure staff personal cooperate and adhere to other department request. i.e. Compliance, Accounting, Human Resources Review screening reports to determine applicants qualify based on tenant selection criteria Consistently seek out land for new construction and properties to acquire and/or rehab Assist in growing Fee-Management business Market and participate in lease up of new properties The Regional Manager will report directly to the Director of Property Management. Travel will be required up to 50% of the time.

Must have prior Affordable Housing experience in either Section 42, Rural Development or HUD programsJob Type:
