POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Property Supervisor is a leader within the organization and is responsible for the management of efficient and proper park budgets and financials, operations, park staff performance, consistent and thorough communication with park owners, reporting to and communication with accounting, administration staff and directors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Manage park operations to ensure efficiency, profitability and the fostering of long-term value Visit each managed park a minimum of one (1) time per month or as necessary, where on such visit the Supervisor shall oversee any capital expenditure projects and/or park management special projects, and/or all matters that involve the park and operations Manage operation revenues and costs in keeping with each parks budget Routinely and thoroughly inspect each parks common areas, buildings, leased spaces, home exteriors, mangers units, park owned homes (POHs) and ensure that any improvements necessary are promptly completed Oversee vacancy management; audit occupied, vacant spaces, ensure marketing and sale of POHs, prevent homes from being moved out of the park and fill vacant spaces Ensure park office files are thorough, organized and complete and are uploaded into the corporate software Occasionally visit and review comparable parks to assist with market rent surveys Resolve complaints, citations, claims and resident and staff conflicts Ensure Park staff's proper issuance of forms, bills and notices; including but not limited to application forms, rent and utility charge statements and eviction notices Monitor potential vacancies and prevent homes from being removed from park Create strategies, plans and lead the execution of such strategies and plans to increase occupancy, control costs, maximize revenue and ensure long-term value Manage park staff performance Mentor and assist park staff with proper execution of their duties and improvement of their performance Ensure all company policies, procedures and park-level rules are upheld and maintained throughout staff and its portfolio Ensure compliance with mobile home residency law, title 25, and vendor/contractor relations
COMPENSATION
$71,000 per annum
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires face-to-face interactions on a daily basis to build and foster relationships with managers, park residents, and vendors. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

$71,000.00 per year
