As the largest residential security door provider in the U.S., we partner with major retailers, dealers, distributors, and OEM manufacturers. Since 2003, we have earned a strong reputation by delivering innovative and customizable aftermarket solutions through world-class manufacturing and import capabilities. Our subsidiary, Advanced Screen Systems, Inc. (ASSI), is the exclusive North American OEM and commercial distributor of Meshtec , the global leader in high-tensile stainless steel security screens. ASSI designs and supplies high-performance screen systems for seamless integration with OEM doors and windows in both residential and commercial applications. The Opportunity We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the (Central) United States. This high-profile role involves developing strategic partnerships with building products distributors, millwork wholesalers, door shops, lumberyards, and dealers. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in Millwork channel sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for cultivating relationships. This role offers the chance to work with innovative, IP-protected products while contributing to a key growth initiative with significant career advancement potential.Core Responsibilities Sales Execution:
Design and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals and expand market presence.Channel Development:
Secure distribution with leading millwork wholesalers and drive sales through their customer networks.Customer Targeting:
Identify and prioritize high-value customer opportunities aligned with program objectives.Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong connections with target customers and industry stakeholders across the Western U.S.Sales Management:
Hire, develop and lead account managers to deliver sales goalsAccount Management:
Deliver exceptional account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.Performance Tracking:
Monitor and manage sales forecasts, distribution targets, revenue, and profitability metrics.Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize analytics and reporting tools to support fact-based decision-making and sales strategies.Industry Advocacy:
Represent ASSI at trade shows and events, positioning the brand as a market leader. Skills & Abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think both strategically and tactically. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and solution-oriented. Solid business acumen and understanding of cross-functional operations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with effective project management abilities. Capable of working independently and leading cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Qualifications 5 + years of sales experience with national, regional, and local accounts. Established relationships within the building products, distributors, and millwork wholesaler channels. Sales management experience or the ability to drive sales through direct reports. Deep knowledge and existing decision-maker relationships in the door and window (fenestration) industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
