For more information visit our website www.abenzymes.com. The Role You will be joining our global Supply Chain team and be closely connected to our local business team in Florida, Plantation. As Supply Chain Manager NAM you manage all aspects of product supply and demand fulfilment, ensuring reliable on-time supply of product, at the right service levels, to customers throughout the region. Regional Supply Chain Manager NAM supervises three employees, the Customer Service Specialist NAM and the Regional Customer Service and Operations Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Maintain appropriate regional supply and inventory levels for finished products sourced from AB Enzymes production sites , external suppliers, and other regional warehouses to meet customer demand while balancing inventory, working capital, and service targets Drive supply chain cost effectiveness , with a focus on inventory carrying costs and regional supply chain costs as a percentage of sales Build and maintain strong working relationships and clear communication with key internal and external stakeholders Contribute to regional business growth and act as a high-performance ambassador for the company and the Supply Chain organization Ensure uninterrupted support across regional Supply Chain and Customer Service activities by serving as a back-up for the Regional Customer Service and Operations Executive Manage 3PL contracts and oversee the performance of local warehouses and transportation providers to maintain high service quality and optimize costs Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external service providers , regularly reviewing partnerships to support a scalable distribution network as the business grows in the region Take ownership of regional demand planning by consolidating inputs and driving a robust, data-driven forecast for the region Maintain target inventory levels consistently by confirming production and shipping schedules and monitoring open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery About You Degree-level education with at least three years of experience in supply chain , customer service, or logistics roles.

Fluent in spoken and written English; additional regional language skills would be an advantage Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team environment Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities and uncertainty Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail A collaborative team player with strong personal motivation and a desire to make an immediate contribution to the business Strong business acumen and the ability to address challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
