billion in 2024.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Supply Chain Optimization Manager - Americas to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will drive the optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes across the Americas region. Your focus will be on improving supply chain planning, OTIF performance, enhancing network efficiency, increasing supply chain transparency, and supporting regional operational excellence initiatives. To collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional teams across the region to identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and align supply chain operations with strategic business objectives. The role also includes driving continuous improvement projects and supporting the implementation of digital supply chain solutions and tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead regional initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, including S&OP, demand planning, inventory management, distribution, and supply planningDrive OTIF improvement initiatives and monitor related KPIs to improve the customer experience and supply reliabilityDrive supply chain network design and optimization initiatives across the Americas region to improve cost efficiency and service performanceAnalyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to align supply chain strategies and operational prioritiesDevelop and implement tools, dashboards, and standardized methods to increase transparency and performance visibilitySupport the implementation and continuous improvement of digital supply chain solutions and automation initiativesManage and coordinate regional optimization and continuous improvement projectsQualificationsMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain ManagementStrong experience in process optimization, supply chain planning, OTIF improvements, and network designConsulting background or experience in supply chain transformation projects is highly preferredExperience working with cross-functional and multicultural teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilitiesFluent in English; Spanish is an advantageAdditional Information401k with Generous Company Match BonusesMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsPaid Parental LeaveLife InsuranceDisability InsurancePaid time off, paid holidaysFloating holidays + Paid Volunteer TimeWellness/Fitness ReimbursementsEducation AssistanceProfessional Development OpportunitiesEmployee Referral Program & More!
