• we are currently recruiting for a Regional Support Chef Manager to join our team.

Location:

Covering sites across Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex, surrey, southern London surrounds, mileage expenses covered

Rate of Pay:

£39,000 per annum

Working Pattern:

Predominately Monday

• Friday but flexibility required, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of all meals to the highest standards. Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Manage stock, orders, and budgets efficiently. Innovate menus that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
