Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a new challenge? We have an opportunity for you!

We're recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in Plymouth and surroundings.

This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference.

You'll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.

What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
Your day might include:
Providing high‑quality support on a 2:1 or 1:1 basisCreating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the communityEncouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeingSupporting communication in the way that works best for themHelping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environmentWhat you'll bringWe're looking for people who already have experience in:

Complex Care (tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, etc.)AutismEpilepsyBehaviours that may be perceived as challengingMental Health supportJust as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
