At Apex, you'll start as a Behavior Technician in Training and receive paid training, mentorship, and support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. What You'll Do Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, teens, and adults , primarily in in-home settings , with some opportunities in school and community environments.

Responsibilities include:

Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills Supporting reduction of challenging behaviors Collecting and recording data on client progress Collaborating with caregivers and clinical supervisors Participating in ongoing training and supervision What is ABA? Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science-based approach to understanding and improving behavior. Using ABA and Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), we help individuals build meaningful skills across areas like communication, social interaction, self-care, independence, and more. Compensation Posted pay range reflects the RBT rate (after certification) Employees begin as entry-level Behavior Technicians in Training with a training wage Pay increases provided at key milestones: after completing training modules, upon obtaining RBT certification, at 6 months, and annually
