Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic educational setting near Allentown, PA. Make a measurable difference each day by working directly with children and collaborating with educators and behavior specialists. Your expertise will empower students and help foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Demonstrated experience providing ABA or behavioral therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric environment Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members Capability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and professionalism Empathetic, patient, and adaptable approach to diverse student needs Completion of necessary background checks and clearances as required for school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one or in small groups to deliver ABA therapy and behavioral support to students Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and progress Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and special education staff to implement behavior intervention plans Support classroom management and promote a positive, structured learning environment Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers regarding student progress Enjoy the flexibility of a contract assignment that allows you to build meaningful connections and gain valuable experience in educational settings.
