Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting students by providing essential behavioral health services in an educational setting. This contract position offers full-time hours, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working 35 hours per week. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized intervention plans, helping students grow and thrive.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in schools or with children/adolescents preferred Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies Excellent observation, documentation, and communication abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, one-on-one behavioral interventions to students under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform adjustments to intervention strategies Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to reinforce behavioral goals and generalize skills across settings Document daily activities, behaviors, and progress in accordance with school protocols Help develop a positive, supportive environment that fosters student independence and social-emotional growth Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities This contract engagement allows you to build strong relationships within a school community, utilizing your skills to positively impact students' academic and behavioral success.
