Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract We are seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support an elementary-aged student in a school setting. This is a 1:1 role focused on working with a student who presents moderate behavioral challenges. The RBT will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support the student's academic, social, and behavioral growth throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:
Provide consistent 1:1 support to an elementary student Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect data and monitor student progress Support positive behavior strategies and skill development Collaborate with teachers and school staff to maintain a structured environment
Requirements:
Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children with behavioral challenges Strong communication and data collection skills Ability to remain patient, consistent, and proactive
Position Details:
