What you'll do Provide 1:1, evidence‑based ABA therapy to children in home, school, daycare, or community environments. Accurately collect and chart behavior and skill‑acquisition data each session. Faithfully implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Treatment Plans designed by your supervising BCBA/Lead Analyst. Collaborate daily with parents, caregivers, teachers, and fellow clinicians to reinforce treatment goals. Help train parents, teachers, and support staff on program strategies. Attend team meetings and in‑service trainings; contribute your insights and enthusiasm. Perform additional clinical support tasks as assigned. What you bring Current RBT certification. Experience working with children with ASD or related developmental differences preferred. Reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
