Are you a dedicated Registered B ehavior Technician (RBT) ready to make a significant impact in kiddos' lives? The Stepping Stones Group is looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team for a part-time, substitute position in schools in Milton, FL!

What We're Looking For:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB Experience with school-based interventions is a plus, but not required 1+ year of experience in ABA or related field High school diploma or equivalent (required)

What You'll Do:

Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy in a school-based setting across multiple school locations Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA Provide behavior support and staff coaching in classroom environments Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and school staff Promote positive behavior strategies and student independence Why You will Love Working With
