Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Bring your Registered Behavior Technician expertise to an impactful environment supporting students in a dynamic school setting! Two exciting contract opportunities are available near Athens, GA, for dedicated RBTs eager to make a real difference. The first position pairs you 1:1 with a high school student, providing consistency and meaningful support throughout the school day. If you thrive on building strong, supportive relationships and appreciate seeing your work create tangible growth, this role is an excellent fit. The second opportunity is ideal for those who enjoy variety and flexibility. As a float RBT working full-time (final hours to be determined), you'll collaborate with multiple classrooms and students with behavioral needs, delivering essential ABA support where it's needed most. Your skills will help create more positive learning experiences for students with a diverse range of abilities.
Qualifications/Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Experience in school-based settings is highly valued A passion for supporting students with unique behavioral needs Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and behavioral teams Flexibility and adaptability, especially for the float role Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy or support multiple classrooms as a float Monitor and document student progress Assist with crisis intervention and positive behavioral strategies Work closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners Both positions offer a chance to make a meaningful contribution in a welcoming, student-centered school community.
