Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for three full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in an educational setting located in Fort Deposit, AL. This role involves working with elementary and middle school students and offers the option to be assigned based on candidate preference.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Provide direct 1:1 or small group support to students with behavioral challenges Collect data and monitor progress to inform adjustments to interventions Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff to promote positive student outcomes Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain student confidentiality

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification in good standing Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred Ability to deliver focused behavioral support in both one-on-one and small group environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work with either elementary or middle school students based on assignment
