Job Description

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. This role involves working closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to support their growth and development through evidence-based interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and a commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and professional growth. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives while gaining valuable experience in the field of special education and behavioral health. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support clients during therapy sessions, promoting skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians and educators, to develop effective treatment strategies. Provide patient care by creating a safe, supportive environment conducive to learning and growth. Qualifications Experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or special education is preferred. Prior work with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), is highly desirable. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards is required. Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills tailored for working with diverse populations. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
