We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in our growing center in North Aurora, IL.

Position Overview:

The RBT will work one-on-one with the client to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for a dependable, compassionate professional who enjoys working in a clinic based setting.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans Collect accurate data and complete session notes Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging therapy environment Communicate professionally with the supervising BCBA and caregivers Follow all ethical and professional standards for ABA services

Requirements:

Active RBT certification (required) Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time consistently

Pay:

$24.00 per hour
