Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our expanding clinical team. In this role, you will work directly with children in the home over the summer and in school during the school year to implement behavior intervention plans, support skill development, and contribute to meaningful, life‑changing progress. You'll collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and other professionals in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate, real‑time data on client behaviors and skill acquisition Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure consistency across settings Communicate client progress and session updates to the supervising BCBA Maintain detailed and compliant session documentation Qualifications Experience working with children or adults in educational, therapeutic, or caregiving settings (preferred) Background in ABA or related fields (highly desirable) Strong data collection and documentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Compassionate, patient, and committed to client‑centered care RBT certification required or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe Why Join Elite ABA?
