Job Description

We are actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) at The Learning Tree ABA! Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders? As a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) with The Learning Tree ABA, you will play a key role in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned) Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate data as per company policies Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Qualifications and Skills:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be at least 18 years or older to apply Have the ability to travel to and between client locations If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
