Collect and record accurate data on patient progress. Assist with caregiver training and family education. Collaborate with supervising clinicians to ensure quality care delivery. Maintain compliance with NC licensure and RBT certification standards. Qualifications Current RBT certification (required). Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. At least 2 years prior work experience as an ABA Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
